Mr. Enrique K. Razon, Jr. is the Chairman and President of ICTSI, ICTSI Ltd., ICTSI Warehousing, Inc. (IWI), Razon Industries, Inc., ICTSI Georgia Corporation (IGC), ICTSI Brazil Ltd, Sureste Realty Corp. and Provident Management Group, Inc.  He is the Chairman and President of ICTSI Foundation, Inc. since 2009.

He is the Chairman of the following subsidiaries of ICTSI: International Container Terminal Holdings, Inc. (ICTHI), Australian International Container Terminal Ltd. (AICTL), TSSA and Tecplata S.A., subsidiaries of ICTSI.  He is also the Chairman of Sureste Properties, Inc., Monte Oro Resources and Energy, Inc.  In 2010, Mr. Razon was named Chairman of Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc. and President of the Board of Directors of CMSA.

He is a Director of the following subsidiaries of ICTSI: BCT, MICTSL, ICTSI (Hongkong) Ltd., CGSA, YRDICTL, ICTSI Capital B.V., ICTSI Poland Ltd, and Pentland International Holdings Ltd.  He is the President of Cebu International Container Terminal, Inc. (CICTI).  He is also a Director of CLSA Exchange Capital, and Xcell Property Ventures, Inc.

He is a Member of American Management Association, Management Association of the Philippines, and World Economic Forum. 

Mr. Razon has been a Director of ICTSI from 1987 up to the present, and has been the Chairman from 1995 to the present.
