Fu Jun, aged 55, was born in Hunan Province, China. He is a committee member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a Senior Economist and holds a Master’s Degree. His past work experience includes working as Secretary of the Party Committee of Liling City, Hunan Province, as the Deputy Director of the Economic Committee of Liling City, as the Director and Party Secretary of the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of Liling City.

At present, Mr. Fu is the Chairman of the board of directors and the President of Macrolink Group Limited. He is also the Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and a standing director of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. Mr. Fu has also been awarded the ‘‘Top 10 Outstanding Entrepreneurs in China Certificate’’ and ‘‘Top 10 Excellent Leaders of Chinese Private Enterprises Certificate’’ by ACFIC（All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce）, ACFTU（All-China Federation of Trade Unions, CEC（China Enterprise Confederation）, and was recognized as ‘‘All-China Outstanding Builder for Socialism Task with Chinese Characteristics’’ by the Central Government of China.
